316 How it works
316 Shield runs on your phone. It doesn’t need an account and doesn’t send your browsing anywhere.
Install from Google Play
Only install 316 Shield from Google Play. We will never send you an app file or ask you to install another app.
Turn on protection
The app explains each permission in plain words first: a local VPN to filter websites, Accessibility to hide Reels and cover blocked apps, and Usage access for time limits.
Choose your rules
Block apps, set daily limits, bedtime hours or rest days, and switch on Hide Reels if you want it.
Live your day
Adult sites are blocked in every browser and app. Every 15 minutes the app checks itself, and it tells you if protection is reduced.
In a weak moment
Opening a blocked app shows a calm pause screen with a short timer and a way to reach crisis help. Wanting to loosen a rule? That waits 24 hours. Tightening is always instant.
If protection drops
Another VPN app, a battery saver or a Private DNS setting can reduce protection. 316 Shield shows “Protection reduced” and tells you how to fix it. See Help.
You stay in control
It’s your phone. You can turn protection off or uninstall at any time. Only loosening waits.
