Terms of Service

Effective November 1, 2026. Publisher: HaulGlide LLC (“we”).

1. Who may use 316 Shield

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live). Install 316 Shield only on a device you own and use. Installing it on another adult’s device, or using it to monitor anyone without their knowledge and consent, is prohibited and may be illegal.

2. Subscriptions, free trial and auto-renewal

• New subscribers get a 14-day free trial, one per person. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription starts and renews automatically at the then-current monthly or yearly price until you cancel.
• Google Play bills your payment method. Cancel anytime in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds follow Google Play’s policy and any law that requires otherwise. We will give notice before price changes.

3. No guarantee of blocking

316 Shield reduces exposure to explicit content but cannot catch everything. It is not a substitute for supervision, counseling or pastoral care. See what it can’t do.

4. Acceptable use

No reverse engineering, no circumventing other users’ settings, no unlawful use, and no use to create, find or distribute illegal content.

5. Third-party terms

Blocklist data from StevenBlack/hosts and its sources (MIT; tiuxo CC BY 4.0). Google Play’s terms also apply.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent the law allows, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim, except where the law does not allow such limits.

7. Changes and contact
