Billing questions

How do I cancel?

In Google Play: Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → 316 Shield → Cancel. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds go through Google Play under Google’s refund policy. The app can’t start a refund.

What if I don’t pay after the trial?

If a payment fails, protection keeps working during a two-week hold, then pauses. Changing the phone’s clock doesn’t change that. You can resubscribe anytime.
